Travel coordination and booking - all travel measures are taken care of, insurance, flights and accommodation and any extras to ensure your trip runs as smooth as possible. 








Diary Management and email - sorting through irrelevant, dealing with important and highlighting flagged email/dates/appointments. Creating, amending and cancelling appointments as required. Once we have discussed the operational side of your business I will have a clear understanding of the business needs and efficiency deal with both email inbox and calendar. 







Admin support - all general administrative services offered to allow you to increase efficiency and productivity to reduce overheads and achieve wider goals.  







Document Production and Transcription - I can create, edit and proofread all documents to your specification. I can attend meetings and/or phone calls and produce a document that suits you, allow me to give you that time back to work on more important tasks.  







Data entry and e-filing - very time consuming non-avoidable administrative tasks required by most businesses. Allow me to give you that time back at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee.






Online research - will always take more time than originally planned. Whether it's choosing which firm to use, looking for meeting venues, researching suppliers or finding the best price for products I have you covered. 






Manage social media - whether its Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, I can set up profiles and pages, respond to messages, generate posts and run promotions and campaigns. 







Expenses, invoicing and credit control - all it takes is a clear photo of an invoice or receipt and I can generate a monthly or annual spreadsheet. Raise your monthly invoices and send to clients when needed and follow up when payment has not been made.
